Folders can be edited, added, and deleted at any time. To create folders, Click on the Settings icon at the top right of the Landing page. See the image below for reference.
Once clicked, a drop-down menu housing a few options will be displayed.
Select the “Create New Folder” option in the menu.
A pop-up screen that prompts you to create a new folder is displayed.
Select the cabinet and drawer you want the folder situated in from the two dropdown menus.
Fill in the Title or name you want allocated to the new folder.
Toggle on /off the Make Public checkbox if you wish to make the Folder accessible to the public or not accessible to the public.

Select “Create” to initiate the creation of the Folder.
By toggling off the “Make Public” checkbox upon creating the Folder, the creator can add users to the folder from this access point. See the image below for reference.
Select “Finish” to save users and create the new folder.
