How to Manage Members' Permission to Cabinets, Drawers, and Folders.
In our solution, administrators can efficiently manage user access by adding or removing members from cabinets, drawers, and folders via the Manage Settings panel. This feature ensures secure document organization by allowing controlled user permissions and streamlined access management.
- Select “All Cabinets” to manage the Members of the specific cabinets you want.
- Select “All Drawers” to manage the Members of the specific drawers you want.
- Select “All Folders” to manage the Members of the specific Folders you want.

The same management process can be used across all 3 Virtual Containers. The steps are as follows:
- Select the specific name of the virtual container (Cabinets, Drawers, & Folder) you wish to manage.
- Click on the “Manage Members” button to begin the process. Users are navigated to the Manage Members access point.
- Users can be added and deleted from this module.

- Multiple users can be added at a go; all the admins must do is select and add users from the directory.
- To complete this process, click on “Submit” to add the users to the membership.
