Documents can be shared with users you wish to have access to your documents. Decide on what kind of access you give to users upon the sharing of the documents.
The steps in how to share documents are:
Click on the ellipses (…) of the document that needs to be shared to reveal the action menu.
Select the “Share” button to begin the sharing process.
Fill in the fields that appear in the pop-up screen.
Add users and Assign permission to each user granted access to the documents.
Note:Documents can also be shared by navigating to the Nav Bar at the top of the folder. Select document to animate the “share” button at the top.
Note:Selection of multiple users with different access rights is possible.
Click on the “Share” button to complete the process.
