How to Automate File Structure Data with Bulk Creation
The File Structure module helps in the bulk creation of the solution’s organizational structure through the streamlining setup of cabinets, drawers, and folders by allowing users to upload an Excel sheet.
This feature enables quick and efficient structuring of document storage, reducing manual input and ensuring consistency across the system.
To bulk-create data, follow the steps highlighted below.

To bulk-create data, follow the steps highlighted below.
Once clicked” a dropdown menu housing a few options would be displayed.
- Select the “More settings.” option in the menu.

- Once selected, the Advance Settings menu would then be displayed.
- Proceed to Click on the “File Structure Data” key, there you can create and manage all user access.
- To bulk create the structure data, Click on the “Upload File” button to begin the process. Follow the prompt to successfully upload the Excel file.
