How to leverage our Intelligent Assistance with DocFort AI
DocFort AI provides intelligent responses by leveraging information uploaded into the database about the organizations we serve, along with real-time web data from an external API. This ensures accurate, up-to-date answers, enhancing user support and decision-making.
- To use our DocFort AI, follow these steps
- Navigate to the top left navigation bar, where you will see “Docfort AI.”
- Click on the “Docfort AI” button to display the AI screen with the prompt box
- To ask questions within the organization, make sure the toggle button beside the prompt box is toggled off and shows “Work”, and then Proceed to Type in your questions
- To ask questions from the web, Toggle on the Web button beside the prompt box to turn on the web database and then proceed to Type in your questions.
