How to Manage Document Versions.
Have complete control over every version of the document uploaded by you. Restore, Delete and Download document versions to suit your needs. Also you have access to check out logs of each document and compare multiple versions together with ease on our DocFort.
These are the steps to take to manage document versions.
- Click on the ellipses (…) of the document version you need to access.
- Select the “Version History” button to check various versions of the document.
- To access the check-out logs of the file, Click on the “View Document Check Out Logs” button to reveal the logs.

- Select the Dropdown key of the Version you wish to manage.
- Click on the action you want to perform on the selected version. Download, Delete or Restore version with this feature.
